Empowerment and Sustainability are key areas of focus at tEA. By training and mentoring FGEs (First Generation Entrepreneurs), tEA aims to strengthen the state economy by building a strong base for the development of business activities. The Entrepreneurs Associates is dedicated to enhance the lives of its people, mediating through passionate commitment to nurture the entrepreneurial aspirations of individuals and communities.  It envisions dignity of living for all by increasing their efficiency and productivity through initiatives that draw out their potential, utilise resources that are within their reach and empowering them to seek their own advancement, wherever placed. 

tEA has partnered with the Government as well as with private foundations to implement some of the projects on improving and strengthening Livelihoods in Nagaland and Manipur.

tEA is also a leader in innovating solutions for emproving the livelihoods of rural communities and hence, the Trees for Wealth is one such program launched in 2019 to trigger fruit tree cultivation across the NER while also positively impacting climate change. The ongoing project plans on planting 2 million fruit trees in the next 5 years through the support of funders and well wishers.

tEA ‘s initiative Uplifting Women Street Vendors Project has also directly addressed the problems faced by women vendors and provided awareness as well as training for them.
