The Entrepreneurs Associates (tEA) is passionately working to promote entrepreneurship and develop sustainable livelihoods in Nagaland and other North Eastern states of India for economic development and increased local people's participation in the economic activities of the states for social equity and harmony. It is committed to nurturing the entrepreneurial aspirations of individuals and communities, acknowledging their innate search for progress by utilizing resources within their reach and encouraging entrepreneurs to take society forward as a part of their success.

First founded in 2000 as a non-profit, ‘Entrepreneurs Associates -EA’, with the vision to transform society through entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial drive, ‘The Entrepreneurs Associate (tEA)’ now encompasses Social Enterprises working to provide linkages to members. It has been working in the often overlooked regions of Northeast India, following key strategies of motivation, training, and mentorship.

Our direct work with entrepreneurship has supported over 18,000+ First Generation Entrepreneurs in Nagaland and Manipur states, creating over 35,000+ local jobs for youths. tEA has supported more than 30,000+ farmers in taking up livelihood activities in rural areas and works with 1500 SHGs for livelihoods, enterprise development, and credit linkages. The organization has also successfully trained and mentored over 10000+ women street vendors across Nagaland, Manipur, Assam & Arunachal Pradesh while supporting its members in accessing credit through the business-facilitating model for commercial banks and other smaller NBFCs.
